Description

Creamy Beef Pasta Recipe is a rich and comforting dish made with tender ground beef, perfectly cooked pasta, garlic, onions, cream, and melted cheese, creating a smooth, savory sauce that’s ideal for an easy family dinner.

Ingredients

2 striploin steaks, (1″ thick)

1 tablespoon canola oil

salt and pepper

Garlic Butter (optional)

2 tablespoons salted butter, (room temperature)

1 clove garlic, (finely minced)

1 teaspoon fresh chopped parsley

Instructions

Remove steak from the refrigerator and let come to room temperature (10-15 minutes). Trim fat around the edges if desired.

Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F (turn it on for 5-10 minutes).

Rub the steaks with oil and season well with salt and pepper (or add your own seasoning as desired)

Open the basket, put steaks in and cook for 10-14 minutes (10 minutes for medium-rare, 12 minutes for medium, and 14 minutes for medium-well), until desired doneness is reached.

Meanwhile, stir together butter, garlic and parsley.

Remove steaks from the air fryer and let rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing. Serve with garlic butter.
