Baked Cranberry Brie Bites are golden, flaky crescent roll cups filled with creamy, melted brie and topped with sweet-tart cranberry sauce. This easy, elegant appetizer is perfect for holidays, parties, or cozy gatherings, delivering rich flavor in every bite.

Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) package refrigerated crescent rolls

1 (8 ounce) brick of brie cheese, rind removed and cut into 1-inch cubes

1/4 cup whole berry cranberry sauce

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.

Press each triangle into a mini muffin tin cup, forming a cup shape.

Place one cube of brie cheese into each crescent roll cup.

Top each brie cube with a spoonful of cranberry sauce.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crescent rolls are golden brown and the brie is melted and bubbly.

Let cool slightly before serving.
