Description

Beefy Shells And Cheese is a hearty comfort food made with tender shell pasta, seasoned ground beef, cheddar cheese, tomato sauce, beef broth, and heavy cream. This creamy, cheesy skillet dinner delivers rich flavor and satisfying homemade goodness.


Ingredients

• 8 oz medium shell pasta

• 1 lb ground beef

• ½ cup yellow onion, diced

• 1 tsp seasoned salt

• 1 tsp garlic powder

• 1 tsp onion powder

• 1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce

• 1 cup beef broth

• ¾ cup heavy cream

• 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese


Instructions

Cook the PastaBring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the shell pasta until al dente according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

Brown the BeefIn a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef with the diced onion until the beef is fully browned and the onion is softened. Drain excess grease.

Build the SauceAdd seasoned salt, garlic powder, and onion powder to the skillet. Stir well.Pour in the tomato sauce, beef broth, and heavy cream. Stir to combine and bring to a gentle simmer.
