Description

Cheesy Beef Angel Hair Spaghetti is a rich, comforting dish made with tender angel hair pasta, seasoned ground beef, ranch mix, au jus gravy, beef broth, and tangy pepperoncini peppers for a bold, savory flavor.

Ingredients

• 1 lb angel hair pasta

• 1½ lbs ground beef

• 2 tbsp ranch seasoning mix

• 1 packet au jus gravy mix

• 1½–2 cups unsalted beef broth

• ¼ cup pepperoncini juice

• 3–6 pepperoncini peppers, stems removed

Instructions

1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the angel hair pasta according to package directions.

2. In a separate pan over medium heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned. Drain any excess grease.

3. Add the ranch seasoning and au jus mix to the cooked beef, stirring to coat evenly.

4. Pour in the beef broth and mix well to combine.

5. Stir in the pepperoncini juice and whole peppers. Reduce heat and let the mixture simmer gently while the pasta finishes cooking.

6. Drain the cooked pasta and add it directly into the beef mixture. Toss everything together until evenly coated.

7. Serve warm.
