Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1/2 head green cabbage, chopped
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp olive oil
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add diced onion and cook until soft and translucent.
Stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
Drain excess fat if needed, then add chopped cabbage.
Season with paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cabbage is tender.
Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top and cover the skillet for 2-3 minutes, until cheese is melted.
Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.
