Description

Cheesy Hashbrown Dorito Casserole is a creamy, hearty dinner made with seasoned ground beef, frozen hashbrowns, Rotel tomatoes, cheddar cheese soup, sour cream, melted Colby Jack cheese, and crunchy Doritos baked until golden and bubbly.


Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

• 1 tsp onion powder

• 1 tsp garlic powder

• 1 tsp cumin

• Salt and pepper to taste

• 1 lb frozen hashbrowns

• 1 can Rotel (diced tomatoes with green chilies)

• 1 can cheddar cheese soup

• 1/2 cup sour cream

• 1 packet taco seasoning

• 2 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese

• 2 cups lightly crushed Doritos


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef and drain the grease. Season with onion powder, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.

3. In a 9×13-inch casserole dish, combine the cooked meat, frozen hashbrowns, cheddar cheese soup, Rotel, sour cream, and taco seasoning. Mix well.

4. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.

5. Remove from oven, top with shredded Colby Jack cheese and crushed Doritos.

6. Return to oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

7. Serve and enjoy!
