Ingredients
3 cups cheese tortellini (fresh or frozen)
1 pound ground beef• 1/2 yellow onion, diced
4 cups marinara sauce• 1 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
Cook the tortellini according to the package directions until al dente. Drain it well and set it aside.
In a large oven-safe skillet, cook the ground beef and diced onion over medium-high heat. Cook until the beef is browned and crumbly. Drain any excess grease from the skillet.
Stir the Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper into the beef mixture. Mix well to coat the meat evenly.
Pour the marinara sauce into the skillet and add the cooked tortellini. Stir until everything is evenly combined and coated in sauce.
Top the mixture with spoonfuls of ricotta cheese. Then, sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
