Description

Christmas Cream Cheese Mints Recipe made with cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and peppermint extract. These festive no-bake mints are smooth, sweet, and perfectly refreshing for holiday gifting, parties, and dessert trays.

Ingredients

4 oz cream cheese, softened

2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened

3 1/2 to 4 cups powdered sugar

1/2 tsp peppermint extract

Red and green food coloring (optional)

Granulated sugar, for rolling

Instructions

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth and creamy.

Add peppermint extract and gradually beat in powdered sugar until a stiff dough forms.

Divide dough if using multiple colors and tint each portion with a few drops of food coloring.

Roll dough into small balls (about 1 tsp each) and flatten gently with a fork or your thumb.

Roll in granulated sugar and place on a parchment-lined tray.

Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until firm.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
