Christmas Salad Recipe made with crisp spring greens, mandarin oranges, pomegranate arils, candied pecans, and creamy feta, all tossed in a zesty citrus vinaigrette. A festive, refreshing side dish perfect for holiday meals and gatherings.
Ingredients
- ¼ cup fresh orange juice
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
- ⅓ cup extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
For the Salad
- 6 cups spring mix
- 1 cup mandarin orange segments fresh or canned, drained
- 1 cup pomegranate arils
- ½ cup candied pecans
- 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
