Ingredients

1 Tbsp Fresh Ginger sliced

0.5 Tbsp Fresh Turmeric

1 Cinnamon Stick

0.25 cup Pineapple Core Chunks

1 cup Filtered Water

1 Lemon-Verbena Tea Bag

1 tsp Raw Apple-Cider Vinegar optional

1 Lemon Slice for garnish

Honey to taste


Instructions

Combine ginger, turmeric, cinnamon stick, mint, pineapple core, and water in a small saucepan.

Bring to a gentle simmer over medium-low heat and let it bubble softly for 5 minutes.

Remove from heat, add the lemon-verbena tea bag, cover, and steep for 10 minutes.

Strain into a mug. Stir in apple-cider vinegar (if using) and sweeten lightly with honey. Garnish with the lemon slice.

Sip warm within 30 minutes of waking for best metabolic support.
