Description

Cranberry Clementine Sauce Recipe blends fresh cranberries, clementine juice and zest, sugar, and a touch of vanilla for a bright, tangy, and naturally sweet sauce that’s perfect for holidays, desserts, or cozy family meals.

Ingredients

12 oz fresh cranberries

3 clementines, juiced

1 clementine, zested

1/2 cup sugar

1/4 cup water

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

Add cranberries, clementine juice, zest, sugar, and water to a saucepan.

Stir and bring to a simmer over medium heat.

Cook for 10–12 minutes until cranberries burst and sauce thickens.

Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.

Add cinnamon if desired.
