Description

Cranberry Cream Cheese Crescent Bites feature flaky, buttery crescent dough filled with smooth cream cheese, tangy whole berry cranberry sauce, a touch of cinnamon, and a hint of sweetness—perfect for cozy breakfasts, snacks, or festive gatherings.

Ingredients

1 can (8 ounces) refrigerated crescent rolls

1 package (3 ounces) cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup whole berry cranberry sauce

1 tablespoon granulated sugar

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

1 tablespoon sparkling sugar (optional, for topping)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, cranberry sauce, granulated sugar, and cinnamon until well combined.

Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 triangles.

Spread about 1-2 tablespoons of the cream cheese and cranberry mixture evenly over each triangle, leaving a small border.

Roll up each triangle starting from the wide end to the point.

Place the rolled bites seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Brush the tops of the crescent bites with the beaten egg wash.

Sprinkle with sparkling sugar, if desired.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.

Let cool slightly before serving.
