Ingredients
4 cups chicken broth
1 cup milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup butter
1 cup cooked chicken, diced
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
Instructions
Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat.
Add celery and onion; cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Whisk in flour until smooth.
Gradually whisk in chicken broth until there are no lumps.
