Creamy Chicken and Gnocchi is a comforting one-skillet meal made with tender chicken breast, soft potato gnocchi, heavy cream, garlic, Parmesan cheese, and sun-dried tomatoes, all simmered together in a rich, flavorful sauce.


Ingredients

• 2 large chicken breasts, cut into cubes

• 1 package gnocchi

• 1 cup heavy cream

• 1 cup chicken broth

• 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

• ½ cup flour

• 2 tablespoons olive oil

• 2 tablespoons butter

• 2 tablespoons minced garlic

• ⅓ cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes

• ½ teaspoon salt

• ½ teaspoon black pepper

• ½ teaspoon garlic powder

• ½ teaspoon paprika

• ½ teaspoon oregano

• ½ teaspoon thyme

• ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes


Instructions

Prep the Chicken: In a bowl, mix together flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss the chicken cubes in the flour mixture until coated.

Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high. Add chicken and cook 4 to 5 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Make the Cream Sauce: In the same skillet, add minced garlic, chicken broth, heavy cream, and Parmesan. Stir until smooth and creamy.

Season the Sauce: Add sun-dried tomatoes, oregano, thyme, and red pepper flakes. Let simmer gently over medium-low heat.

Cook the Gnocchi: Stir in the gnocchi, cover, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, until the gnocchi are soft and tender.

Finish and Serve: Return the cooked chicken to the skillet. Mix everything well, let it heat through, and serve hot.
