Crispy Air Fryer Chicken Thighs recipe made with bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs, olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper, delivering juicy meat and perfectly crispy skin using the air fryer.
Ingredients
6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (195°C).
Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over the chicken thighs.
Place the chicken thighs skin-side down in the air fryer basket.
Cook for 12 minutes.
Flip the chicken thighs skin-side up.
Continue cooking for 10–12 minutes, until the skin is crispy and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
