Description

Crock Pot Beef Brisket Recipe delivers tender, flavorful slow-cooked brisket infused with smoked paprika, garlic, onion, chili powder, beef broth, and rich barbecue sauce, creating a juicy, melt-in-your-mouth meal perfect for family dinners or sandwiches.

Ingredients

34 lb beef brisket

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp smoked paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp chili powder

1 cup beef broth

1 1/2 cups barbecue sauce

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Sliced onions (optional)

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

In a small bowl, mix smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and chili powder.

Rub the spice mixture all over the brisket.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the brisket on both sides until browned (about 3–4 minutes per side).

Place sliced onions (if using) in the bottom of the crock pot.

Transfer brisket to the slow cooker, fat side up.

Pour beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and 1 cup of barbecue sauce over the brisket.

Cover and cook on low for 8–10 hours or on high for 5–6 hours, until the brisket is tender and easily shreds with a fork.

Remove brisket from the slow cooker and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Brush with remaining barbecue sauce and garnish with parsley if desired.

Serve with mashed potatoes, vegetables, or in sandwiches.
