Description

Crock Pot Brown Sugar Pineapple Ham Recipe features a tender bone-in ham slow cooked with brown sugar, pineapple slices and juice, honey, Dijon mustard, and ground cloves for a sweet, juicy, and comforting main dish everyone loves.


Ingredients

1 fully cooked bone-in ham (6–8 lb)

1 cup brown sugar

1 can (20 oz) pineapple slices in juice

1/2 cup pineapple juice (from the can)

1/4 cup honey

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

1/2 teaspoon ground cloves


Instructions

Place the ham in the crock pot, flat side down.

Sprinkle the brown sugar evenly over the ham.

Arrange the pineapple slices on top and around the ham.

In a bowl, mix pineapple juice, honey, Dijon mustard, and ground cloves.

Pour the mixture over the ham.

Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours.

Baste the ham occasionally with the juices.

Serve warm with extra sauce spooned over the top.
