Crock Pot Lemon Herb Chicken is a creamy slow cooker recipe made with chicken breasts, garlic, Parmesan, heavy cream, chicken broth, and Italian herbs. It’s rich, tender, and full of comforting lemon-herb flavor perfect for easy family dinners.

Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup chicken broth

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons cornstarch (optional, for thickening)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Place the seasoned chicken in the crockpot.

In a bowl, mix together the heavy cream, chicken broth, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning.

Pour the cream mixture over the chicken.

Cook on low for 4-6 hours or until the chicken is tender.

(Optional) To thicken the sauce, remove 1/4 cup of the sauce, mix with cornstarch, and return to the crockpot. Stir well.

Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the chicken, cover, and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
