Crockpot Cheesy Potatoes and Kielbasa recipe featuring tender diced potatoes, smoky kielbasa, melted cheddar cheese, sour cream, milk, onions, and cream of mushroom soup slow-cooked into a rich, comforting dish.
Ingredients
2 lbs potatoes, peeled and diced
1 lb kielbasa, sliced
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup milk
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: chives or green onions for garnish
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes, sliced kielbasa, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, chopped onion, milk, salt, and pepper. Mix well until everything is evenly coated.
Transfer the mixture to a slow cooker and spread it evenly across the bottom.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours, until the potatoes are tender.
If possible, stir the mixture halfway through cooking for even blending of flavors.
Once cooked, serve hot and garnish with chives or green onions.
