Description

Crockpot Cheesy Ranch Beef Pasta Recipe features tender beef chuck slow-cooked with ranch seasoning, cream cheese, and beef broth, then mixed with penne or rotini and melted cheddar for a creamy, comforting meal.

Ingredients

23 lbs beef chuck roast

1 packet ranch dressing mix

8 oz cream cheese

12 oz pasta (penne or rotini)

2 cups shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese

1 cup low-sodium beef broth

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Prep your ingredients by chopping the beef into bite-sized pieces.

Sear the beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned on all sides.

Transfer seared beef to a crockpot; add ranch dressing mix, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and beef broth. Mix gently.

Set the crockpot to low and cook for 6-8 hours until tender.

About 30 minutes before serving, cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain.

Stir in cooked pasta and shredded cheese into the crockpot until well combined.
