Description

Crockpot Chicken And Stuffing Casserole is a hearty slow cooker meal made with tender chicken breasts, stuffing mix, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, chicken broth, and savory garlic herb seasoning for rich, comforting flavor.


Ingredients

2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 (6 oz) box chicken stuffing mix

1 bag frozen mixed vegetables (1216 oz)

1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup sour cream

1½ tsp Kinder’s Buttery Garlic & Herb seasoning

2 cups chicken broth, divided

½ tsp black pepper


Instructions

Place seasoned chicken in crockpot and top with mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and broth.

Cook on LOW 6–7 hrs or HIGH 3–4 hrs until chicken is tender.

Shred chicken and mix.

Add stuffing mix, pour in remaining broth, and spread evenly.

Top with cheddar cheese, then cook on LOW 25–30 min until melted and set. Rest 5–10 min before serving
