Ingredients

2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

8 oz uncooked spaghetti

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

1 can (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies

1 cup chicken broth

1/2 cup diced onion

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 tsp salt

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

4 oz cream cheese, softened

Place chicken breasts in the crockpot and drizzle with olive oil.

Add diced onion, cream of chicken soup, Rotel, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Stir gently to combine and cover.

Cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until chicken is fully cooked.
