Description

Crockpot Christmas Crack is a delicious holiday treat featuring layers of unsalted and salted peanuts, semi-sweet and milk chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, and creamy white almond bark, creating a rich, crunchy, and irresistible festive snack.


Ingredients

1 (16 oz) jar unsalted dry roasted peanuts

1 (16 oz) jar salted dry roasted peanuts

1 (12 oz) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 (12 oz) bag milk chocolate chips

2 (10 oz) bags peanut butter chips

2 (1 lb) packages white almond bark (broken into chunks)

Festive holiday sprinkles (optional)


Instructions

Layer peanuts in the bottom of the crockpot.

Pour all chocolate chips and peanut butter chips over the peanuts.

Top with the chunks of white almond bark.

Cover and cook on low for 1.5 to 2 hours. Do not stir during this time.

After cooking, stir well to fully combine the melted mixture.

Drop spoonfuls onto parchment or wax paper.

Top with holiday sprinkles if desired.

Let cool completely until set, about 1 hour.
