Description

Crockpot Creamy Chicken is a rich, comforting dish made with tender chicken breasts slow-cooked in cream of chicken soup and broth, then finished with egg noodles and mixed vegetables for a hearty, satisfying meal perfect for easy family dinners.


Ingredients

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

• 2 (10-oz) cans cream of chicken soup

• 4 cups chicken broth

• 2 cups egg noodles

• 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables

• 1 tsp chicken bouillon powder

• 1 tsp garlic powder

• 1 tsp onion powder


Instructions

1. Add the cream of chicken soup and chicken broth to the crockpot, stirring until smooth.

2. Season the mixture with chicken bouillon powder, garlic powder, and onion powder.

3. Stir in the frozen mixed vegetables.

4. Place the chicken breasts into the crockpot, pressing them slightly into the liquid.

5. Cover and cook on HIGH for 3–4 hours or LOW for 5–6 hours, until the chicken is tender.

6. Remove the chicken, shred it, and set aside.

7. Turn the crockpot to HIGH, add the egg noodles, and return the shredded chicken to the pot.

8. Cover and cook for about 45 minutes, or until the noodles are soft and cooked through.

9. Stir well and serve warm.
