Ingredients

lb ground beef

1 onion, diced

3 carrots, peeled and sliced

3 celery stalks, chopped

3 potatoes, peeled and diced

1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes

1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce

4 cups beef broth

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until no longer pink. Drain excess fat.

Transfer the cooked beef to the crockpot.

Add onion, carrots, celery, potatoes, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Stir to combine all ingredients well.

Cover and cook on LOW for 6–8 hours or on HIGH for 3–4 hours, until vegetables are tender.

In the last 30 minutes of cooking, stir in the frozen green beans.
