1 sleeve of saltine crackers (about 40)
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup holiday sprinkles
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
Arrange saltine crackers in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
In a saucepan, melt butter and brown sugar over medium heat. Bring to a boil and let bubble for 3 minutes.
Pour the hot mixture evenly over the crackers and spread with a spatula.
Bake in the preheated oven for 5 minutes, until bubbling.
Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle chocolate chips over the top. Let sit 2 minutes, then spread melted chocolate evenly.
Top with holiday sprinkles while chocolate is still warm.
Cool completely at room temperature or refrigerate until set.
Break into pieces and serve.
