Description

Fudgy Valentine Brownies Recipe is a rich, chocolate-packed dessert made with cocoa powder, chocolate chips, eggs, sugar, vanilla, and oil, creating a moist, dense, and indulgent brownie perfect for Valentine’s Day treats.


Ingredients

½ cup vegetable oil

1 ¼ cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 cup cocoa powder

½ cup all-purpose flour

¼ teaspoon salt

½ cup chocolate chips

Sprinkles (optional)


Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, whisk together oil and sugar until well combined.

Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla.

Sift in cocoa powder, flour, and salt. Mix until just combined (don’t overmix).

Fold in chocolate chips, reserving some for topping if desired.

Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth the top. Add sprinkles if using.
