Ingredients

For the Chicken Bites:

• 1½ pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized cubes

• 3 tablespoons unsalted butter

• 3 garlic cloves, minced

• ½ teaspoon paprika

• Salt and black pepper, to taste

For the Pasta:

• 1 (20 ounce) package refrigerated cheese tortellini

For the Alfredo Sauce:

• 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

• 1¾ cups heavy cream

• 1¼ cups grated Parmesan cheese

• ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

• Salt and black pepper, to taste


Instructions

Cook the Tortellini Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the cheese tortellini and cook according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.

Sear the Chicken Bites In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt the 3 tablespoons of butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds. Add the chicken cubes, season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Make the Alfredo Sauce In the same skillet, melt the 2 tablespoons of butter. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and garlic powder. Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring often, until the sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Combine Pasta and Sauce Add the cooked tortellini to the Alfredo sauce in the skillet. Toss gently until the pasta is evenly coated.

Plate and Serve Spoon the creamy tortellini onto one side of a plate. Arrange the garlic butter chicken bites on the other side. If desired, garnish with fresh parsley, extra Parmesan cheese, or cracked black pepper.
