Description

This Ground Beef Tacos recipe features perfectly seasoned ground beef, crispy taco shells, fresh lettuce, juicy tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, and creamy sour cream. Quick, flavorful, and easy to make, it’s the ultimate weeknight taco meal.


Ingredients

500g ground beef

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 garlic cloves, minced

2 tbsp taco seasoning

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

120ml water

10 crispy taco shells

100g shredded lettuce

100g grated cheddar cheese

2 tomatoes, diced

50g sour cream

Fresh coriander, chopped (optional)


Instructions

Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.

Add onion and garlic to the beef and cook for 2-3 minutes until softened.

Stir in taco seasoning, salt, pepper, and water. Simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.

Meanwhile, preheat the oven and warm the taco shells according to package instructions.

Spoon the beef mixture into the taco shells.

Top with lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, sour cream, and fresh coriander if using.

Serve immediately while hot and crispy.
