Japanese Mounjaro with Apple Cider Vinegar is a drink made with raw apple cider vinegar, Japanese pink salt, warm water, and a bariatric seed blend
Ingredients
1 tsp raw apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
1 cup warm water
1/8 tsp Japanese pink salt
1 tbsp miso broth (optional for lunch)
1 tsp bariatric seed blend (chia/hemp/flax)
Steamed vegetables (bok choy, carrots, cabbage)
Grilled tofu or fish
Apple peel tea (evening)
Optional: Lemon wedge or ginger
Instructions
In the morning, mix apple cider vinegar, pink salt, and warm water. Drink slowly on an empty stomach.
Prepare a small breakfast with a poached egg or light broth-based soup.
Midday, sip miso broth and have a portion of steamed vegetables with grilled protein.
Take a second diluted ACV tonic before dinner (optional).
Dinner should be light: broth or steamed veggies. Avoid snacking.
Enjoy a cup of apple peel tea or cortisol-lowering herbal tea before bed.
Repeat daily for 7–14 days for consistent results.
