Kentucky Crockpot Potatoes is a rich, creamy, and comforting slow-cooked recipe featuring tender baby potatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, cream cheese, butter, garlic, and onion for a flavorful, easy-to-make side dish.


Ingredients

2 pounds baby potatoes, halved

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

1/4 cup cream cheese, softened

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt to taste

Black pepper to taste

2 tablespoons chopped parsley


Instructions

Wash and halve the baby potatoes.

Grease the crockpot lightly.

Add potatoes to the crockpot.

In a bowl, mix melted butter, sour cream, and cream cheese until smooth.

Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Pour the mixture over the potatoes.

Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours or until potatoes are tender.

Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the potatoes.

Cover and cook for an additional 15 minutes until cheese is melted.

Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
