Description

Korean Ground Beef Bowl recipe made with savory ground beef, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and spicy gochujang, served over fluffy jasmine rice with fresh vegetables for a quick, flavorful, and satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Instructions

In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Use a spatula to break it up, cooking until browned and cooked through (about 5-7 minutes). Drain excess fat if necessary.

2Stir in the minced garlic, grated ginger, and the whites of the green onions. Cook for another minute until fragrant.

3Add soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and gochujang to the skillet. Mix well and let it simmer for 3-5 minutes until the sauce is well combined and slightly thickened. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.

4Mix in the shredded carrots and steamed broccoli. Allow them to warm through for about 2 minutes.

5In serving bowls, place a generous scoop of cooked jasmine rice. Top with the Korean ground beef mixture.

6Sprinkle sesame seeds and the green part of the chopped green onions on top for a fresh crunch. Serve immediately.
