Description

Melt In Your Mouth Caesar Chicken Recipe features juicy chicken breasts topped with creamy Caesar dressing, grated Parmesan cheese, seasoned breadcrumbs, garlic, and oregano, then baked until golden and tender for an easy, flavor-packed family dinner.


Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup Caesar salad dressing

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup breadcrumbs (panko or classic)

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp dried oregano

Salt & black pepper, to taste


Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Lightly coat a baking dish with olive oil.

Pat the chicken breasts dry, then season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano.

Generously spread the Caesar dressing over the tops of each chicken breast.

Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the dressing so it sticks.

Press a layer of breadcrumbs on top, patting them down gently for full coverage and crunch.

Arrange the chicken pieces in the prepared baking dish. Drizzle a little olive oil over the breadcrumb topping for extra crispiness.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the chicken is completely cooked, the juices run clear, and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). The topping should be golden brown.
