Ingredients

3 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie works great)

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and black pepper to taste

1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed

1/4 cup melted butter

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13 baking dish.

Prepare Filling: In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until fully combined.

Transfer to Dish: Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.

Make Topping: In a separate bowl, combine the crushed Ritz crackers and melted butter. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the casserole.

Bake: Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes or until the top is golden and the casserole is hot and bubbly.
