Description

Million Dollar Dip Recipe is a creamy, crowd-pleasing appetizer made with cream cheese, sour cream, sharp cheddar cheese, crispy bacon, and fresh green onions, delivering rich flavor and a smooth texture perfect for parties and easy snacking.

Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 ½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

¼ cup chopped green onions (reserve some for garnish)

¾ cup cooked bacon, chopped (reserve some for garnish)

1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

Salt and black pepper to taste

Optional: A pinch of cayenne pepper or hot sauce for a little kick

Crackers, toasted baguette slices, or chips for serving

Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream. Use an electric mixer or a sturdy spoon to blend them together until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, most of the chopped green onions, most of the chopped bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix everything well until combined.

Give your dip a taste. If you want it spicier, add a pinch of cayenne pepper or a few drops of hot sauce. Adjust salt and pepper as needed.

Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. Sprinkle the reserved bacon bits and chopped green onions on top.

Refrigerate the dip for at least one hour to let flavors meld. Serve chilled or at room temperature with crackers, toasted baguette slices, or your favorite chips.
