Description

This One Pan Spaghetti Skillet recipe combines ground beef, diced onions, garlic, tomatoes, tomato sauce, and broken spaghetti, all cooked in one skillet and topped with melted mozzarella and Parmesan for a quick, flavorful, and comforting meal.

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 small onion, diced

2 garlic cloves, minced

2 cups water

1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes

1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce

8 oz uncooked spaghetti, broken in half

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan

Instructions

In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned.

Add diced onion and minced garlic; cook until softened.

Stir in water, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.

Add broken spaghetti to the skillet, pressing it into the liquid.

Bring to a simmer, cover, and cook for 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Once pasta is tender, sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan over the top.

Cover and cook 2–3 minutes more until cheese is melted.

Serve hot straight from the skillet.
