Description

One Pot Cheeseburger Macaroni is a delicious, easy-to-make comfort food that combines ground beef, elbow macaroni, and shredded cheddar cheese. Simmered in savory beef broth with onions, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce, it’s a creamy, flavorful meal perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 small onion, diced

2 cups elbow macaroni

3 cups beef broth

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

Chopped parsley or green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Cook the Ground Beef: Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.

Add Aromatics: Stir in diced onion and sauté for 2–3 minutes until softened.

Combine the Pasta and Broth: Add elbow macaroni, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.

Simmer: Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce to low. Cover and simmer for 8–10 minutes, until pasta is al dente and liquid is mostly absorbed.

Add the Cheese: Turn off heat and stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.

Garnish and Serve: Top with chopped parsley or green onions if desired. Serve warm.
