Description

Oreo Balls for Valentine Day Recipe is a simple no-bake dessert made with crushed Oreo cookies, creamy cream cheese, and smooth almond bark, finished with festive sprinkles for a rich, chocolatey Valentine’s treat everyone loves.

Ingredients

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

15 ounces Oreo Cookies, finely crushed (about 36 cookies)

24 ounces almond bark, vanilla or chocolate

optional: heart sprinkles for decorating

Instructions

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

In a large bowl, mix together softened cream cheese and crushed Oreos until well combined.

Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

Freeze the balls for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

Melt almond bark according to package instructions in a microwave-safe bowl.

Using a fork or dipping tool, dip each chilled Oreo ball into the melted almond bark, letting excess drip off.

Return to parchment paper and immediately decorate with heart sprinkles if desired.

Let set completely at room temperature or refrigerate until firm (about 15 minutes).

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
