Ingredients
16 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
1 cup crushed nacho cheese chips (or cheese-flavored crackers)
1 small green bell pepper stem (or celery stick, for decoration)
Crackers and veggie sticks, for serving
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika until smooth and fully combined.
Shape the mixture into a ball, then wrap it tightly in plastic wrap. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to firm up.
Once chilled, roll the cheese ball in crushed nacho chips or crackers until fully coated in bright orange crumbs.
Use your hands to refine the shape into a round, pumpkin-like form.
Insert the bell pepper stem (or celery stick) at the top to mimic a pumpkin stem.
Place the finished pumpkin cheese ball on a platter and surround it with crackers and veggie sticks for dipping.
