Red Chili Sauce Recipe prepared with dried red chilies, garlic, onion, soy sauce, rice vinegar, oil, and sugar, creating a rich, spicy, and well-balanced homemade sauce perfect for enhancing everyday meals.


Ingredients

6 dried red chilies

3 cloves garlic

1 small onion, chopped

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon rice vinegar

1 teaspoon sugar

Salt, to taste

1/2 cup water


Instructions

Soak dried red chilies in hot water for 15 minutes.

Drain chilies and remove seeds if desired.

Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat.

Add garlic and onion and sauté until soft.

Add soaked chilies and cook for 2 minutes.

Add water, soy sauce, vinegar, and sugar.

Simmer for 10 minutes.

Blend until smooth.

Season with salt to taste.
