Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 cup milk

1 egg

1/4 cup chopped onion

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 cup BBQ sauce

1 pound baby potatoes, quartered

1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, chopped onion, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.

In a separate bowl, toss the quartered potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Arrange the meatballs and potatoes in a single layer on a large baking sheet.

Bake for 20 minutes.

Remove the baking sheet from the oven. Brush the meatballs with BBQ sauce.

Return to the oven and bake for another 10-15 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and the potatoes are tender and browned.
