Description

SHEET PAN PARMESAN GARLIC CHICKEN THIGHS is an easy oven-baked dinner made with bone-in chicken thighs, fresh garlic, olive oil, Parmesan cheese, paprika, and Italian seasoning, roasted on one pan until juicy inside with perfectly crispy, golden skin.

Ingredients

6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs

3 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt, to taste

Black pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper or foil.

Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.

In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.

Brush the mixture evenly over the chicken thighs.

Sprinkle grated Parmesan generously over each piece.

Arrange the chicken thighs skin-side up on the sheet pan.

Bake for 35–40 minutes, until the skin is crispy and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Optional: Broil for 2–3 minutes for extra crispiness.

Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
