Ingredients
1.5 lbs Italian sausage (sweet or spicy)
3 bell peppers (red, yellow, and green), sliced
1 large onion, sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (204°C) and line a sheet pan with parchment paper or foil.
Prepare Vegetables: Slice the bell peppers and onion into strips. Toss them in olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
Add Sausage: Place whole sausage links on top of the vegetables on the sheet pan.
Roast: Bake for 30–40 minutes, flipping the sausage and stirring the vegetables halfway through to ensure even cooking.
Optional Broil: Broil for 2–3 minutes at the end for extra crispiness.
