Ingredients
• 1.5–2 lbs stew meat
• 1 medium onion, diced
• 1 oz packet onion soup mix
• 1 oz packet au jus mix
• 1 oz packet brown gravy mix
• 1 cup beef broth
• 1 cup water
• 12 oz egg noodles, cooked
Instructions
1. Load the Crockpot
• Place stew meat in the crockpot.
• Sprinkle onion soup mix, au jus mix, and brown gravy mix over the beef.
• Add the diced onion.
2. Add Liquids & Cook
• Pour in beef broth and water. Stir gently to combine.
• Cover and cook on low for about 6 hours.
3. Shred & Combine
• After cooking, stir the mixture and break apart any large chunks of beef.
• Add the cooked egg noodles and mix until fully coated in the sauce.
4. Serve
• Ladle into bowls and enjoy warm!
