Description

The Slow Cooker Cowboy Casserole Recipe is a hearty, comforting dish featuring ground beef, corn, green beans, diced tomatoes, and creamy mushroom soup, slow-cooked to perfection for an easy, flavorful family-friendly meal.


Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1 onion, chopped

1 can (15 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained

1 can (15 ounces) corn, drained

1 can (15 ounces) green beans, drained

1 can (10.5 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

Brown ground beef and onion in a skillet. Drain off any excess grease.

Transfer the browned beef and onion to your slow cooker.

Add diced tomatoes, corn, green beans, and cream of mushroom soup to the slow cooker.

Stir everything together until well combined.

Season with salt and pepper.

Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or on high for 2-3 hours, until heated through.

Stir in cheddar cheese during the last 15 minutes of cooking, or serve sprinkled on top.
