Description

Thanksgiving Stuffing Rolls recipe turns leftover stuffing into golden, flaky rolls with puff pastry and a splash of broth. Perfect served with cranberry sauce or gravy, these savory rolls are an easy, festive holiday treat everyone will love.

Ingredients

3 cups leftover stuffing

1/4 cup chicken or turkey broth

1 sheet puff pastry, thawed

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Cranberry sauce, for serving (optional)

Gravy, for dipping (optional)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, mix leftover stuffing with broth until moist and moldable but not soggy.

Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface and cut into 3 equal rectangles.

Place a line of stuffing mixture down the center of each rectangle and roll up like a burrito, sealing the edges with egg wash.

Place the rolls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush tops with remaining egg wash.

Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.

Let cool slightly before slicing and serving with cranberry sauce or gravy.
