Ingredients
2 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon baking powder
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 ½ cups granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons milk
½ teaspoon vanilla extract for frosting
Pink food coloring

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and baking powder.
In a separate bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the egg and vanilla extract and mix until combined.
Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until a soft dough forms.
Scoop dough into balls and place them onto the prepared baking sheets.
Bake for 8–10 minutes until edges are set but centers are soft.
Allow cookies to cool completely on a wire rack.
In a bowl, mix powdered sugar, milk, vanilla extract, and food coloring until smooth.
Spread frosting over cooled cookies and decorate with sprinkles.
