Valentine Day White Chocolate Popcorn is a festive sweet-and-salty snack made with crunchy kettle corn, smooth white chocolate, pink candy coating, Valentine M&Ms, and colorful sprinkles, perfect for sharing or gifting on Valentine’s Day.
Ingredients
3 (2.75 ounce) bags kettle corn
4 cups white chocolate chips, divided
2 cups Valentine M&Ms, (or small Valentine’s candy)
½ cup Valentine sprinkles
4 drops red food coloring
Instructions
In a large microwave-safe bowl, place 3 cups of the white chocolate chips and microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until completely melted and smooth.
Add 4 drops of red food coloring to the melted white chocolate and stir until evenly combined, creating a lovely pink hue.
Pour the melted pink white chocolate over the kettle corn in the bowl. Gently toss to coat the popcorn evenly.
Spread the coated popcorn onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Immediately sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of white chocolate chips and Valentine M&Ms over the popcorn.
Sprinkle with Valentine sprinkles.
Let the popcorn set completely at room temperature or in the refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes.
Once set, break apart any large clumps and store in an airtight container.
