Valentine Dirt Cake Parfaits are an easy no-bake dessert layered with crushed Oreos, creamy cream cheese, buttery whipped topping, and smooth white chocolate or vanilla pudding, creating a rich, sweet, and festive treat perfect for Valentine’s Day.
Ingredients
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
8 oz Cool Whip
1 box instant white chocolate pudding mix (or vanilla)
1.5 cups milk
2 sleeves Oreos
Extra Oreos for garnish
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and butter until smooth.
Gradually add the powdered sugar and mix until combined.
Stir in the Cool Whip until well combined.
In a separate bowl, mix the pudding mix with the milk until smooth.
Crush the Oreos in a food processor or place them in a plastic bag and crush with a rolling pin.
Layer the crushed Oreos, pudding mixture, and whipped cream mixture in small glasses or parfait dishes.
Repeat the layers one more time, ending with a layer of whipped cream on top.
Garnish with extra Oreos and serve chilled.
