Description

Crockpot Loaded Cheeseburger is a rich, creamy slow cooker dish made with ground beef, diced potatoes, cheddar cheese, beef broth, and seasonings, creating a hearty, comforting meal packed with classic cheeseburger flavors.


Ingredients

• 2 pounds ground beef

• 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and diced

• 1 medium onion, chopped

• 4 cups beef broth

• 1 cup heavy cream

• 1 can cream of cheddar soup

• ½ cup butter, sliced

• 1 teaspoon garlic powder

• 1 teaspoon onion powder

• ½ teaspoon black pepper

• 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese


Instructions

1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain off any excess grease.

2. Transfer the cooked beef to the slow cooker along with the diced potatoes and onion.

3. Pour in the beef broth, heavy cream, and cream of cheddar soup. Stir to combine.

4. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.

5. Place the sliced butter evenly over the top.

6. Cover and cook:

◦ Low: 6–7 hours

◦ High: 3–4 hours

until the potatoes are fork tender.

7. Lightly mash some of the potatoes directly in the slow cooker to make the soup extra creamy and thick.

8. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until fully melted and smooth.
